Can I visit the adoptable animals?

Yes, you may visit the adopted animals from the outer edge of their designated enclosure. Our habitats are designed to be as naturalistic as possible, because that’s best for the animals. Sometimes that means they will find a secluded place to rest, so they may not be easily visible. Different animals also are more active at various times of the day.

 

How is my adoption recognized?

In keeping with our commitment to conservation, a digital adoption certificate is available with notepads, if applicable, and includes recognition online at our website and in the Zoo Negara annual report.

 

Can I adopt a specific animal by name at the Zoo?

Due to the constantly changing nature of our animals, our adoption certificates will feature the general species rather than a specific animal gender or name.

 

I'm ready to adopt! How do I place an order?

The easiest and quickest way is to click on Ticket2u.online. When you reach the adoption pages, click on ‘Adopt Me’ next to the animal you want to adopt and you will then be asked to login, or register if you don’t have an account yet.
