1.) How long the program will take?
Zoo Negara has prepared a schedule for CSR participants to follow throughout the programme and it is applicable to all packages which is starting from 07:30 am to 12:00 pm.

2.) Can I choose the date for this CSR Program?
You may choose any date including weekends or public holidays. We will check the date availability for you.
3.) How do I pay by online transfer?
You can make the transfer directly to our bank account. Kindly email us proof of the transaction after making the payment and we will issue an official receipt for your reference.

4.) What type of payment methods are accepted?
We accept online transfers as payment. The full payment must be made two (2) weeks before the CSR program date (payment in advance).
5.) What should I do if I am unable to make the payment before the program date?
Unfortunately, Zoo Negara would suggest for you to postpone the CSR program date until your full payment is released. Our policy requires full payment before the program date.
6.) Can I pay a deposit and then pay the remaining balance on the program date?
The full payment must be made two (2) weeks before the program date. This is because Zoo Negara will use this paid amount for the preparation of the CSR activities.
