16.) Are there photos or video recording restrictions during the programme?

You are allowed to take photos and videos during the programme. However, for the Green Project, there are limitations to taking photos and videos in some areas due to safety concerns.

17.) Can I bring outside food and drinks?

No. Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the zoo.

18.) If I am not allowed to bring in food from outside, what should I do if I want to prepare lunch for my team?

For meal reservation, you can contact directly with our caterer, Mr. Amran, from The Wild Restaurant at 016-3915652.

19.) Can I visit and tour around the zoo after the programme?

Yes. We will distribute stickers for CSR participants. This sticker serves as a participant's entry pass, thus each participant must wear it throughout their visit to the zoo.

20.) Where should I park the car?

All participants may park vehicles at Parking A which opens at 07:30 am.

21.) How much are the parking fees?

RM10.00 per vehicle.

22.) What are the benefits to our corporate/company?

The benefits of this programme for your corporate/company are:

23.) Other than joining the program, can we contribute/donate any items to the zoo?
