4.) How do I settle my meals over at Zoo Negara Malaysia?
A snack meal which is inclusive of a bun and mineral water will be provided for each participant. Participants are not allowed to bring any outside food and drinks (inclusive of mineral water). However, participants can arrange your F&B booking with The Wild Restaurant at 019-326 0905.
5.) What if I get sick during the KeeperKu programme?
We highly recommend that participant should not participate in this programme should the participant is ill. This is to prevent diseases being transmitted from the participants to the animals.
6.) What if I have a history of back injury or pregnant?
Do notify the Zoo Negara Malaysia officer during the morning briefing so that we can arrange another activity for the participant.
7.) Who can I ask for assistance in case of emergency?
You have to inform any person in charge in the section or call our education officer at 03- 4108 3422 for assistance.
8.) What are the programmes’s tentative?
Participants are expected to arrive at 8.00 am for the safety briefing. Participants will have morning break at 10.00 am – 10.45 am and this programme will end at 12.30 pm.

9.) What kind of activities in the KeeperKu programme?
Participants will be involved in daily operations at Zoo Negara Malaysia, namely husbandry, feeding, exhibit projects, exhibit modification information signboard and behavioral enrichments for the animals. Other roles may also include landscaping in the zoo, research, fund-raising activity, customer service operation, and events happening in the zoo.
